Our goal is to train teachers from all over Europe, to network them and to develop intercultural projects, which are then realized with pupils within the framework of erasmus+.

europeanseminars offers seminars and workshops led by experienced trainers as part of intercultural teacher training in Europe.

Our goal is to promote your skills. The result: creative, future-oriented students with an open view of Europe.

Possible participants are teachers, school administrators and other school staff.

All costs of our courses are funded with the grant from Erasmus+ School.  They correspond to the remuneration amount of the Erasmus+ program 2021-27, as shown in the Erasmus+ program guide 2021: https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/resources/documents/erasmus-programme-guide-2021_de 

As a rule, all costs for the six seminar days (seminar costs, accommodation in a single room with full board in a hotel (seven nights) and travel expenses) can be covered.

The course fee is 580 EUR. The cost of staying in a single room with full board is 896 EUR.

All course participants are accommodated together in a four-star hotel during the seminar period. Meals include full board. During the seminar, we will also invite you to a meal that is typical of the country.

You can extend your stay before or after the seminar with private overnight stays. These overnight stays are settled directly on site with the hotel. We would be happy to reserve additional nights for you.

The participants take care of the flights to the seminar and the transfer to the hotel independently. We are happy to advise you.

• The seminar lasts 48 hours

• It consists of theoretical and practical units

• There is a constant exchange of specialist knowledge

• In addition to events in the plenary session, discussions in small groups and joint workshops, individual working groups will develop and present projects

• Individual advice and an accompanying program to culturally important places in the Algarve complete the seminar week

• At the end, a certificate will certify participation

• europeanseminars offers an extensive, free supporting program after the daily, regular seminar program

europeanseminars is not liable for costs caused by force majeure.  As a course provider, we are not responsible for the financial or other consequences related to travel, accommodation or meals. In the event of being unable to attend, the registered person can represent another person from the same organization or attend another of our courses. There are no additional costs involved. Please let us know in good time.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, europeanseminars will only refund the paid course fee if the cancellation is based on decisions and guidelines from authorities (EU, government, national agency). The cancellation fee is 25% of the seminar fee per participant.

The reimbursement of the hotel fee is the responsibility of the hotel.

Flexible flight tickets should always be the rule. This is very important in case several schools cancel their participation in a confirmed course and not even the minimum number of participants to run the course is reached. While this is the exception, it can happen during the pandemic.

Taking out travel insurance is voluntary and is your own responsibility.

You will receive a payment request in advance in order to secure a binding place in the seminar. This includes the course fee and hotel costs for the seminar period. If you are planning additional nights, we will gladly take over the reservation for you. However, billing is done privately directly on site with the hotel.
